- Fees received in office 2 weeks prior to any competition MUST be in the form of a CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, CASHIER CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER (ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED).
- Each participants pay per event/division.
- Cheer USA Registration Fees are NON-Refundable; However, If a participate cancels "Regardless of Reason" the Registration Fee is NON-Refundable. But, if a participate cancels from your registration you may replace that individual with another and use the registration fee of the cancelled individual. Exception: Cheer USA will Refund Registration Fees less $100 for team and $50 for individuals for processing if written notice of cancellation is received in office 2 weeks (14 days) prior to a Regional Event Date and $200 for team and $100 for individuals for processing 2 weeks (14 days) prior a Nationals Event Date. Or, the team and or individual can elect to receive a Credit posted to their account towards another competition within the same competition year.
